Orange Grapefruit Jelly

Ingredients:
1) Orange 200 gr., protein 1.8 gr., carbohydrates 16.8 gr., 76 kcal.
2) Grapefruit 200 gr.,. protein 1.8 gr., carbohydrates 14.6 gr., 70 kcal.
3) Apple (peeled) 50 gr., protein 0.2 gr., carbohydrates 5.7 gr., 23 kcal.
4) Pear (peeled) 50 gr., protein 0.2 gr., carbohydrates 5.3 gr., 21 kcal.
5) Gelatin 10 gr., Protein 8.7 gr., 35 kcal
6) Ginger (piece) 10 gr., protein 0.2 gr., carbohydrates 1.6 gr., 8 kcal

Cooking:

Soak gelatin in cold water. Ginger pour 150 ml of water, bring to a boil. Remove from heat, remove the ginger, add the juice of half a grapefruit and half an orange. Cool, then add the soaked gelatin, let it dissolve completely and refrigerate to thicken.
Peel the remaining half of the orange and cut into slices, cut the fruit into small cubes. Put orange and other fruits on a plate, cover with frozen jelly.
