Sour Cream Dessert

Very tasty!

Ingredients:
-1 pack raspberry (or other) jelly, calculated on 400 ml of water
-150 ml of water
-200 ml sour cream
– Powdered sugar to taste

Cooking:

1. Dissolve jelly in boiling water, cool slightly.
2. Start whisking with a mixer, add sour cream and continue to beat so that there are a lot of bubbles.
3. Add powdered sugar to taste (or do not add).
4. Pour into bowls, refrigerate until solidified.
