1) COTTAGE BALLS

INGREDIENTS:
● 250 gr cottage cheese
● 1 egg
● 5-6 tablespoons of sugar
● 1.5 cups flour
● 1/2 level teaspoon of baking soda

Beat the egg with sugar, add cottage cheese and soda. Mix so that there are no curd lumps left. Add flour and knead the dough. Let the dough stand for 15-20 minutes. Beat egg yolks with 100 g of sugar, add vanilla and pour into cottage cheese, then beat with a mixer. Add the cooled semolina and beat again, then beat the whites with the remaining 50 g of sugar and add to the dough. Mix and place in a greased baking dish. Bake until browned in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. You can eat it immediately after the pudding has cooled. Very tasty with sour cream.

3) COTTAGE CAKES

INGREDIENTS:
● Cottage cheese – 300 g
● Butter – 200 g
● Eggs – 2 pcs.
● Sugar – 1 cup
● Vanilla sugar – 1 pack
● Baking powder – 1 tsp.
● Flour – 2 cups (glass 200 ml)

COOKING:
1. Beat the eggs with sugar, add melted butter to them (not hot!), rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, vanilla sugar – mix everything well.
2. Combine the baking powder with flour and sift, pour everything into the creamy curd mass, mix well. the dough becomes thick.
3. Divide the dough into molds, filling them by 2/3 of the volume.
4. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 gr., 25-30 minutes. Readiness to check with a wooden skewer. Filled with chocolate on top, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.

4) CHEESECAKE

INGREDIENTS:
● Wheat flour 1/2 cup
● Cottage cheese 700 g
● Sour cream 150
● Sugar 1 cup
● Milk 0.3 cup – 5 eggs
● Vegetable oil 0.5 cup

COOKING:
1. We process the cottage cheese with a blender, adding sour cream to it – about 100 g. The main thing is to get a smooth mass without grains from the cottage cheese.
2. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks, beat the whites into foam in half a glass of sugar. Add 1/2 cup of flour, 5 remaining yolks and 1/2 cup of odorless vegetable oil to the whipped proteins in succession. Part of the mass – in a form with high walls.

INGREDIENTS:
● flour 250 g
● cottage cheese 125 g
● sugar 50 g
● pinch of salt.
● vegetable oil 75 ml.
● milk 75 ml.
● baking powder 2 tsp.

Filling:
● poppy 70 – 100 g
● a handful of raisins
● sugar 100-150 g
● milk 2/3 tbsp.
● egg 1 pc.

COOKING:
1. Pour poppy into a ladle and rinse with water from debris.
2. Drain the water to the maximum and fill it with milk. 3. Put on fire and cook
4. Steam the raisins with boiling water.

11. We pinch the edges of the rolls. We twist them and put them in a lined cake pan or baking sheet. Lubricate with egg (milk).
12. Bake at 180 degrees about 45 minutes.
13. We check readiness with a toothpick, it should be dry. Cool on a wire rack and cut.
