1. Banana Curd Roll: Fitness Dessert

Ingredients:

• oatmeal 5 tbsp. l.
• fat-free cottage cheese 300 g
• two small bananas 200 g
• egg 1 pc.
• stevia to taste

Cooking:

1. Dough: grind the flakes into flour. Combine cottage cheese, stevia, flour and egg. Knead the dough. It sticks slightly to the hands. We divide into 2 parts, under 2 bananas.
2. Roll out the dough, not very thin.
3. Put the banana closer to one of the edges and wrap it in a roll, pinching the edges.

Cooking:

1. Dip all the ingredients for the dough into a blender and beat until crumbs are obtained.
2. Punch the cottage cheese with a blender, add all the other ingredients for the filling except proteins, mix. Beat the egg whites to peaks, carefully fold them into the curd mass.
3. Put 3/4 of the crumbs into the mold, then the entire curd mass, and the remaining crumbs on it. 4. Bake 35-40 minutes at 180°

4. Cottage cheese breakfast: an easy start to the day

Ingredients:

• Fat-free cottage cheese 150 g
• Semolina 15 g
• Chicken egg 2 pieces
• Raisins 20 g
• Ground oatmeal 5 g
• Natural yoghurt 50 g
• Vanillin, salt, stevia to taste

Cooking:

1. Separate the yolk from the white of one egg.
2. Add the yolk, mashed with stevia, salt, vanillin, semolina, peeled and washed raisins to the mashed cottage cheese. To mix everything.
3. Then add whipped protein to the curd mass, mix.

• chopped fresh basil or oregano (optional)

Cooking:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk and flour until smooth. Stir in eggs and cottage cheese. Add cheese, stevia and pepper to the mixture.
3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
4. Bake the cake for 45 to 50 minutes or until the cake is browned and rises, you can also check the readiness of the cake by inserting a knife into the center of the cake, it should come out clean.

The cake should be served immediately. If desired, it can be decorated with tomatoes and herbs.
