Tomatoes cut into slices of medium thickness
We knead the cheese, if we do it with cottage cheese, then we salt it well
Squeeze the garlic, chop the greens and mix everything
We knead the dough. Pour sugar and salt, vegetable oil and flour into boiling water
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes
Divide the dough in two
Roll out thin layers
On the first layer of dough lay out tomato circles, lay out the filling on them
Place tomato slices and stuffing about 2-3 cm apart
Cover the first layer with the filling with the second layer of dough.
With a glass or a mold, cut out pies according to the size of each circle of tomato
Get pies
Fry them in a frying pan in oil, on both sides
Then the pies can be blotted with a napkin to remove excess fat.
