Lacy pancake recipe for the perfect tea party

Pancakes are a traditional dish of Russian cuisine that everyone loves without exaggeration. There are many recipes for this delicacy, and all because every culinary specialist prepares pancakes in his own way.
Openwork pancakes. Ingredients: 3 1/4 cups 2.5% fat milk 10 g dried yeast, 2 eggs, 500 g flour, 2 tbsp.  l. сахара, 1 ч.  l. salt, 2 tbsp.  l. vegetable oil. Method of preparation: Pour dry yeast into a bowl and dilute it with 1/4 cup of well-warmed milk, add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of sugar. Put the yeast in a warm place so that it comes up, that is, it starts to bubble. Sift the flour through a sieve, add salt, sugar, eggs to it, carefully pour in the milk heated on the stove, stirring constantly, and add the risen yeast. Mix the dough until a homogeneous mass is formed. Make sure the dough is free of lumps. Then add vegetable oil to it (melted butter is also suitable) and mix well again. Cover the dough with a lid and put in a warm place to increase in size. The dough should rise 3-4 times (2-2.5 hours). Each time after increasing the dough must be mixed. Make sure it doesn’t “run away”. If the bowl is not enough, pour it into a large container. After the dough is ready, we start baking pancakes. If the dough is done correctly, it should pour into the pan like froth. Pancakes can be served with a variety of fruits, honey, cream, nuts. You can cook savory pancakes with the appropriate filling: mushrooms, chopped boiled eggs, stewed vegetables, meat.
