Start the day in a good mood

INGREDIENTS:
● Cocoa powder – 1/4 stack.
● Strawberries (optional) – 200 g
● Butter – 2 tbsp. l.
● Milk – 3/4 stack.
● Flour – 1/3 stack.
● Sugar – 1/4 stack.
● Powdered sugar – 3 tbsp. l.
● Соль — 1/4 ч. l.
● Экстракт ванили — 1/2 ч. l.
● Egg — 3 pcs.

COOKING:
1. Preheat oven to 220°C. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt and vanilla extract.
2. Beat for 1 minute until a homogeneous foamy mass is formed.
3. Melt the butter in a cast iron skillet.
4. Pour the pancake mixture into the skillet and immediately place in the oven.
5. Bake for 20 minutes.
6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, add strawberries and serve hot.
