The second rule is to follow the recommended daily dose, it should be three tablespoons. If you do not follow this rule, then you can achieve heaviness in the abdomen, increased gas formation, constipation.

The third rule – you need to do it from time to time breaks between cycles of taking oat bran. Since they are able to envelop the walls of the stomach and intestines, in this way the absorption of some of the beneficial substances contained in the food used will not occur. Therefore, oat bran should be excluded from the diet from time to time.
It is advisable to pour bran before use with water or milk, kefir, yogurt. Thus, they will become softer, and easier to get used to by the body. In addition, bran can be added to your favorite cereals.
