Raw potato salad

3-4 potatoes, 2 onions, 2 cloves of garlic, hot red pepper to taste, soy sauce to taste

Peel 2 onions, 3-4 large potatoes and 2 garlic cloves. Grate potatoes on a special grater (the one on which carrots are rubbed to make Korean carrots). Cut the onion into rings, fry in vegetable oil until golden brown, at the very end add crushed garlic and hot red pepper to the onion to taste.

While the onions are fried, rinse the grated potatoes with cold water in a colander (to wash off the starch), then place directly with a colander in a bowl that is slightly larger than a colander and pour boiling water over it. Leave the potatoes in this form for 5-10 minutes, then rinse the potatoes again with cold water to cool, put in a bowl, add onion with garlic and pepper, a little (to taste) soy sauce or salt (if there is no soy sauce), that’s it. mix thoroughly and transfer to a salad bowl
