Lean bean, mushroom and green pea kebabs

In Lent we cook kebabs without meat, but no less tasty and satisfying! Meat can be replaced with proteins – beans! Lovers of healthy and wholesome food will especially like these kebabs! After all, such kebabs contain a large amount of protein. Kebabs are incredibly juicy and tender!

INGREDIENTS

beans 200 g
mushrooms 200 g
green peas 200 g
greens 1 bunch
lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
tomatoes 1 pc.
garlic cloves 5 pcs.
bulb 1 pc.
white sesame 1 tbsp. l.
black sesame 1 tbsp. l.
семена льна, специи 1 ч. l.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1

Boil beans until tender. Finely chop the mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil with onions. Boil green peas until tender. Beans, mushrooms, green peas, garlic, tomato mince. Add chopped greens.
Step 2

Mix everything well, adding spices and lemon juice.
Step 3

Wet hands in water and form kebabs. Then roll in a mixture of sesame and flax.
Step 4

Thread the kebabs onto wooden skewers. Transfer to a baking dish and bake under the grill for about 10 minutes. Ready kebabs will have a crust.
Step 5

You can eat them right away or take them to work and treat your colleagues! These juicy, spicy and full of flavor kebabs will not leave them indifferent! Lean kebabs taste great when cold. Enjoy your meal!
