First of all, you should pay attention to the composition indicated on the package. Juices containing sugar should be excluded from the diet – they will not quench your thirst, but they will add extra calories. Therefore, the composition of the juice should not contain sugar.

Then, we look at the content of nutrients, macro-, microelements and vitamins, which, in turn, depends on the fruits and vegetables from which the juice is made. You should choose this or that juice, not only guided by taste preferences, but also taking into account the needs of your own body for vitamins and other useful substances.
