Black tea: pros and cons*

Black tea is the most popular and commonly consumed. What caused his popularity and universal love?

Like coffee, it is also rich in caffeine, which stimulates the organs of the cardiovascular system. This feature is very well known to people with low blood pressure.
Also, the benefits of black tea is to improve and stimulate the functioning of the kidneys.
The astringent properties of black tea have a beneficial effect on the gastric mucosa.
Tea is a strong antioxidant, thanks to which many toxins and microorganisms harmful to humans are destroyed. This is possible due to the presence of catechins in the composition of tea. But, of course, there are much more of these substances in the green leaf of this plant.
Thanks to hot tea, a large amount of oxygen enters the brain, which improves its blood circulation and reduces the likelihood of a stroke to a minimum.
Tea is rich in nicotinic acid, vitamins B2 and B1, A and C, organic acids, as well as potassium, sodium, calcium, iron, phosphorus and magnesium. Black tea with citrus fruits (they are the receptacle of vitamin C) can significantly reduce the risk of cancer? Therefore, as they say, the benefits of black tea are obvious. Can tea with milk harm the human body? Some scientists claim that the milk contained in such a drink can reduce the effect of catechins (antioxidants contained in tea) by 70%. As we have already said, these substances have a beneficial effect on the functioning of the cardiovascular system and prevent the occurrence of oncological diseases. So, in their opinion, the benefits of tea with milk are not so effective and it weakly shows protective functions.

Others stubbornly claim that the benefits of tea with milk are obvious, since milk reduces the harmful effects of caffeine contained in tea, which is contraindicated for cores. But, you must admit that tea with milk is not a medicine, but a drink that has an exquisite appearance, color, texture and taste.
Therefore, it can be argued that there is practically no harm to the body from tea with milk. However, you should not drink too strong a drink in large quantities, from which there will obviously be no benefit. A lot has already been said about the beneficial properties of tea, but it would not be superfluous to recall that if you experience certain problems with health, then you should beware of the immoderate use of this wonderful drink. You need to know that if a person has high blood pressure, then strong black tea is contraindicated, and if it is low, green tea.

Tea must be brewed in the amount that you can drink, otherwise it loses its taste and useful qualities. It is not recommended to get involved in strong black tea for pregnant women, so as not to disrupt the normal development of the fetus.

It is also undesirable to use it for people who suffer from insomnia. If you are taking medications, then you should not drink them with this drink, since it itself has a healing effect on the body and this may lead to undesirable consequences.
