The Art of Qigong. Won Kyu Kit

that very few would believe me, I announced that I was ready to prove my words in deeds. I also called on other qigong masters to work together to develop the art of transmitting energy over a distance for the benefit of mankind.
The public outcry was huge, but the “mass media” accepted my proposal with hostility. More than one tub of slop was poured on me, and the detractors considered my proposals so ridiculous that they did not even bother to check them.

PUBLIC EXPERIMENT OF QI TRANSMISSION OVER A DISTANCE

Volunteers from all over the country were invited to participate in the experiment.
And the next day, my senior student, Chang Che Kun, was supposed to betray the qi from Kuala Lumpur to Sungai Petani. The recipients (recipients) were selected by Shin Min Daily News from among those who responded to the publication. Except for one person, all the participants in the experiment were unknown to either Chang Che Kung or me.
In addition to a one-time transfer of qi to one person, I transferred energy to a group of six people. Journalists and independent witnesses were present both at the place of transmission and at the place of reception and contacted each other or the recipients by telephone immediately after the transmission of qi, which made it possible to compare the received information with the expected ones.
The results were stunning of all, the performance reached 95%, that is, much higher than the usual 80%. The experiment was reported as number one news in many newspapers:
in the Xing Ming Daily News, February 19 and March 9, 17, and 21, 1989:
in Nanyang Kommyoshal Pres, March 14 and 19, 1989;
in The New Knight News, March 16, 1989;
in the New Straight Times, March 10 and 17, 1989;
in "Star" in the issue of March 21, 1989;
in Moon Sun News, April 1, 1989;
United Post, April 25, 1989

ATПЕЧАТЛЕНИЕ РЕЦИПИЕНТОAT

The following are excerpts from statements by chi recipients that describe their feelings.
“At first I resisted, but the flow of qi became stronger and stronger and subdued me. Qi began to move my body, I swayed back and forth, left and right, and felt warm.”
Cheng, business woman.
“Раньше я не занималась цигуn. My breathing quickened and my body began to vibrate. Even my joints were making strange noises. At first, I thought that all this was akin to the tales of the Thousand and One Nights, but now I am convinced that it is possible to transmit qi over a distance.”
Tee, female, 19, house painter.
“Qi enveloped my face, penetrated my head. ATокруг меня возник ветерок, как будто я оказалась на вершине горы. My movements were subject to extraneous will.”
Maoir Te, male, 43, army officer.
“Поздравляю, мистер ATоn. — ATаша ци очень сильна. I felt it flow into my body. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before, it was very pleasant, now I am full of energy. I can testify that the transmission of qi over a distance is a reality.”
Lee, female, 37, housewife.
“Спасибо, Учитель ATон, за чудесную передачу ци. I used to do qi flow exercises, but I didn’t feel anything like that. I moved a lot, and then I started hitting myself and doing massages. Then I started dancing slowly.”
Tan, male, 35 years old, teacher.
“Я тоже занимался цигун, но другим стилем, не таким, как у мистера ATона. I have read about transmitting qi over a distance and I believe it is true. Now is the perfect opportunity to test it out for yourself. Qi flowed around my body. I felt a vibration and began to move involuntarily, but it was very pleasant.”
It should be noted that Chang and I could tell exactly how the chi recipients were moving. We described their movements to witnesses, those the recipients were called immediately, and our descriptions turned out to be correct in most cases. We were able to do this because, firstly, the way the qi was transmitted had an influence on the nature of the movements of the recipients, and, secondly, because we saw their movements while meditating during the transmission process.

FOUR FUNDAMENTAL CONCEPTS OF QI

The transmission of qi over a distance is a reality, although most people have difficulty believing in it. In the same way, those unfamiliar with particle physics find it hard to believe that the thoughts of a researcher in the field of nuclear physics affect the results of his experiments.
To understand how Qi can be transmitted over long distances, it is necessary to understand the following basic concepts. Throughout Chinese history, they have guided qigong masters, Confucian thinkers, Taoist priests, Buddhist monks, military strategists, martial artists, literary figures, politicians, doctors, philosophers, and scientists.
The four concepts are:
* Qi is energy.
* Qi is material.
* Qi is the basic building block of the universe.
* Qi fills the entire universe, and therefore is the medium for the propagation of any interactions.

QI AS ENERGY AND MATERIAL REALITY

The range of meaning was very wide: from natural and psychic energy to vital and spiritual. According to Yang Fu more than 2500 years ago, he explained the cause of earthquakes by energy disharmony between heaven and earth. Zao Bi, a famous writer in China, said that qi is the primary factor in great literature. Thus, there are different types of qi. Qigong usually deals with life energy when it is inside the body and with external cosmic energy.
Because qi cannot be seen or touched (by ordinary people), many refuse to acknowledge its existence and materiality. Many consider it a figment of the imagination. But recently, studies conducted in China using modern scientific equipment have shown that the qi transmitted by the masters contains infrared rays, static electricity, electromagnetic waves, subsonic waves and the flow of some particles. Pulses affect the size, weight, growth rate of microorganisms. According to the discoveries of modern physics, energy and matter are "two aspects of the same reality, and, constantly changing, they pass into one another. Qigong masters and Chinese philosophers have known this for a long time.
For a very long time we thought that the atom was the smallest particle of matter. If we imagine an atom as a ball with a diameter of 10 m, then the nucleus (neutron and proton) will not exceed 1 mm, while the electrons, each 1840 times smaller than the nucleus in mass, rotate in an outer orbit. Such a model gives us some idea of the intra-atomic void, the “composition” of which scientists still do not know exactly. Most are sure that it is filled with a stream of energy, the clots of which are elementary particles. Qigong masters and Chinese philosophers have argued since ancient times that qi, or energy, is the basis of the universe. The negative, positive, and neutral aspects of energy, known in the Chinese classics as yin, yang, and zhong-qi, constantly combine and disintegrate, forming and destroying matter.

СОСТАATНАЯ ЧАСТЬ И ПОСРЕДНИК ATО ATСЕЛЕННОЙ

Qi fills the whole universe, the whole universe is qi. Cheng Yi Shan formulates this ancient concept as follows:
ATсе сущее, включая материки, океаны и живые существа на земле, саму землю и все небесные тела… является материализацией энергии в различные формы. The universe that exists today is a link in an endless chain of qi changes that are of a certain nature and obey certain laws.
Since qi permeates the entire universe, it is the main link. The ancient Chinese used this concept to explain many natural phenomena that puzzled the common people:
- attraction of iron by a magnet;
- the influence of the moon on the tides;
- rhythmic life cycles of living beings.
For example, although the sea is at a great distance from the moon, the influence of the moon on the tides becomes possible through qi, which acts as a medium, linking the moon and the sea.
Man, like everything else, is subject to qi and interacts with the universe through qi (* The author somewhat simplifies the philosophical concept, making it understandable for practical application). The Romantic Taoist sage Chuang Tzu said:
Моя душа и космос— бесконечны, ATсе сущее и я — едины.
ATэй Нань Цзы учил, что ци объединяет все субъекты и объекты, и, когда ци одного объекта или события входит в прямой контакт с энергетикой другого, происходит взаимное влияние одной сущности на другую. Thus, the deep feelings and righteousness of a great man can set heaven and earth in motion. This phenomenon can explain why information received by intelligent beings in one part of the world becomes the property of intelligent beings in other parts of the world. Information is transmitted
