Fitness for the chest. We increase the elasticity of the bust. Patterson

E. Patterson Fitness for the chest. We increase the elasticity of the bust

Introduction

Throughout the ages, a beautiful body has been considered the greatest aesthetic value. The ideal of female beauty attracted the attention of artists, sculptors and poets, writers and even philosophers. For the sake of the beauty of the female physique, jousting tournaments were organized, bloody wars began (remember Troy) and troubodour competitions. Our time is no exception. Centuries have passed, but women of different religions, cultures and ways of thinking still strive to improve their appearance. This is how our female mentality works - we are looking for perfection in everything.
But what does it mean to be beautiful or to have perfect body shapes? For each of us, everything is so relative: a fat woman dreams of being slim like a birch; for someone to be completely happy, on the contrary, there are not enough extra pounds - that's a paradox. The third - dreams of perfect legs, the fourth - of a magnificent chest, the fifth ... You can continue the listing indefinitely.
The ideal is, of course, good, but such options are extremely rare. By and large, this is either the result of the work of a good surgeon or stylist, or many hours of training in the fitness room. Nature is not always generous to us and perfect forms are extremely rare, but any woman can have a beautiful, attractive and good figure. And it doesn’t matter what height, proportions or constitution she is. Another thing is important - to get rid of your own complexes, that is, to feel yourself desirable, young and beautiful, and having learned to feel your attractiveness, it will not be difficult for you to convince any man of this. You need to learn to appreciate what Nature has given you, to feel your beauty and gain self-confidence. Then objectively assess the shortcomings and choose the right means to compensate for them.
You should not be discouraged, looking at yourself in the mirror and thinking that you will never get rid of extra wrinkles or, on the contrary, add splendor in some places. With desire and patience, we women can achieve a lot. At all times, men have valued and appreciate a flexible fit figure, good posture, graceful gait, that is, what can be achieved through exercise. But what attracts men most of all is the female breast, and indeed the entire upper part of our body. Show me at least one man who indifferently pass by a woman who has elastic, toned breasts in a deep neckline or a seductive line of shoulders and arms. And by the way, this cannot be achieved by relying only on miraculous diets, creams or drugs.
And look at modern fashion ... Yes, it is simply ruthless to us. Scrolling through a couple of fashion magazines, you will see that fashion designers now and then offer clothing models more designed for elegant and slender: tight-fitting tops, or even strapless, sleeveless sundresses, chic dresses with a deep neckline, it is impossible to dress in this style without having a taut chest or arms without unnecessary hated "wings" behind. And I'm just sure that many women refuse modern fashion just because their body does not match it. Every now and then you can hear the “complaints” of women about the force of gravity, ruthlessly pulling the chest.
Of course, many skeptics may say that it is absurd to fight against the law of universal gravitation, but I will say it is possible. There are little tricks in fitness that will allow you to bypass the laws of physics. And in response to pessimistic statements that, they say, beautiful breasts can be made only with the help of a surgeon's scalpel or silicone implants, I will object. To achieve a sexual hollow on the chest, elasticity and even splendor is quite within the power of every woman. The miraculous recipe is simple - exercises that “work” on our body so effectively that they allow us to maintain elasticity, tone and shape of the breast for many years, achieve the impossible, restore what has been lost (for example, restore shape after childbirth). By the way, it's never too late to use these exercises. And why do many people think that only men should train chest muscles?! And it is absolutely absurd to think that weight training - dumbbells or barbells - will make us look like Schwarzenegger.
Developed chest muscles often evoke the image of a beefy giant. And no matter how many women's magazines write about this, you still often hear that such training is available only to men. Yes, nothing like that! In fact, it is very difficult for women, as nature has decreed, to achieve large muscle mass. The main reason is the lack of the hormone testosterone, which is produced in excess in men (testicles), and in very small quantities in women (ovaries). There is a direct connection between testosterone levels and muscle mass, so even the most trained women will never have as much muscle as men. Without taking anabolic drugs, female muscles will not grow. It doesn't threaten us. We are genetically unable to develop them more than possible. On average, the level of testosterone in the female body is less than 0.1% of the male. Perhaps this is how nature preserves femininity for us. Well, for those who are not convinced by my words, I will answer that all the exercises presented in this book will not make you "Mr. Olympia."
Often, many women train their legs and stomach to a greater extent, somehow forgetting about the chest. Some, as I mentioned, are afraid to look masculine, others find it very difficult to achieve good muscle tone in the upper body. Yes, you will not be able to increase the volume of your breasts by several sizes, but do not forget that after thirty years, women, especially those who do not exercise, begin to lose muscle mass and tone, risk losing elasticity and being left with “saggy” breasts. And don't underestimate the importance of upper body muscles. Strong shoulders, arms and chest muscles help to cope with everyday activities more easily.
What are the benefits of training? Well, the chest is “the envy of all girlfriends” - this is understandable, the restoration of shape and tone - too, the beauty and elasticity of this most, perhaps, the desired part of the body for men - also does not need comments. But the hands ... Life is not fair to us compared to men: we are not so thick-skinned, which means we age earlier; due to the hormonal factor, we have to fight cellulite (and not only on the legs and stomach, but also on the arms), which cannot be said about our strong half. Also, our hands give us a lot of problems: shoulders stoop from sedentary work; then the handles are thin as matches, then, on the contrary, they are full and far from ideal. And with age, the muscles become like a “trembling jelly”. Therefore, so that all this does not happen, there is only one way out - to deceive time and do training. And the pluses - here they are: firstly, strong trained arms look so seductive and sexy in tops, sundresses and an open dress; secondly, thanks to the developed shoulder muscles, the figure acquires more correct proportions - even the widest hips and waist seem narrower with wider shoulders; thirdly, the shoulder joint is very vulnerable, as it has greater mobility, and besides, it is associated with the muscles of the back, which are responsible for our graceful posture when walking. Take care of your hands and in the summer it will not even occur to you to hide them - in open dresses and tops you will be even more charming.
The fitness industry has not stood still for a long time, inventing more and more revolutionary exercises that allow you to achieve the maximum, and most importantly, quick effect. And, fortunately, compared to the lower part of our body, which is very difficult to train, the upper part is more responsive. If the lower one actively accumulates fats and burns them very slowly, the upper one, on the contrary, burns fats as quickly as it gains, so you can not wait for the results of exercises for years, but see them after a fairly short period of time. There are, of course, exceptions, when some women have a more massive upper part, but these are exceptions, not the rule.
And one more thing. Changing externally, you will change internally, because confidence in your own irresistibility and attractiveness will be noticeable in the mirror, which will reflect your new figure. It will become slender and fit as a whole, because the human body is not a separate upper and lower part - it is a single whole. Your clothes will fit you much better. Very soon, everyone around you will notice the positive changes that you will achieve with the help of fitness. And set yourself up to win. Nothing is more misleading than self-doubt. And to motivate yourself, buy the most beautiful dress - this way you will cut off the path to retreat.
This book presents the most popular programs at present: fitball, Pilates, callanetics, yoga. All of them are collected in the book for one more reason: these are techniques that allow you to comprehensively influence our body, harmoniously changing you as a whole, and not in “parts”. This is especially true for yoga and Pilates. Choosing any set of exercises, you will find not only beautiful forms of the
