• When washing off the peeling, you can continue the massage by washing the body with a strong shower jet in the sequence described above. Finally, rinse your feet with cool water.

• Now you can wrap yourself in a soft towel and dry yourself well. Enjoy the feeling of freshness! Pamper your body with a lotion or nourishing cream. Finally, drink a large glass of water.

Nourishing Hydrating Mask

Make sure that nothing and no one can interfere with you for the next half hour - a phone, a doorbell, or someone from your family.

• Release your upper body. Tie your hair with a ribbon or pin it up with bobby pins.

• Remove eye makeup and cleanse your face with milk, removing it with wet cotton swabs. For a feeling of freshness, wash your face with water at room temperature.

• Moisten two cotton swabs with a small amount of tonic and wipe your face with them from the chin up and from the center of the face to the sides. Wipe the middle part of the face especially well.

• Then - with your fingers or, better, with a special brush - apply the mask evenly on the face, neck and décolleté.

• Put on a robe, make yourself comfortable and do some breathing exercise. Feel how fresh oxygen enters your blood. The mask should remain on the skin for about twenty minutes, during which you can close your eyes and dream a little. Breathe calmly. Imagine a nice picture and try to focus on it. You need fresh oranges cleansing milk and vitamin C concentrate for the skin. In addition, add five to seven drops of citrus essential oil to the aroma lamp. As soon as you smell, your brain will give a signal: "Freshness!".

• Clean and dry your skin. Then, using a pipette, drop the vitamin C concentrate onto the skin - one drop on the cheeks, forehead, nose, chin, neck and décolleté. Be careful not to get it in your eyes! Spread the concentrate over the skin with light massaging movements.

• If weather permits, open a window and do some breathing exercise. After that, stretch your relaxed arms forward and do ten light squats. In conclusion, jump high a couple of times - this will improve blood circulation and cheer you up.

• Now vitamin C has been completely absorbed by the skin, and you have received enough fresh oxygen. Squeeze the juice from an orange, drink it - and feel reborn.

Vitamin C masks also exist in cream form. They don't have as much vitamin C, but they're great for boosting its effects. For women who smoke, this moment is of particular importance, since every cigarette smoked contributes to the aging process.

Pinch massage (anti-aging massage)

Fold your fingers so that they resemble a small paw. With this soft foot, pull back the skin as if you want to pinch it. Now, with both hands, perform these movements in the following sequence:

• From the jaw to the base of the ears

• From the middle of the chin to the earlobes

• From the center of the upper lip to the middle of the ears

• From the wings of the nose along the cheeks to the ears

• From the back of the nose along the cheekbones to the roots of the hair

• From the corners of the eyes to the temples

• Above the eyebrows to the temples

• From the center of the forehead to the roots of the hair

• Finally, place your palms on your face, breathe deeply and calmly for six seconds

During the massage, breathe deeply and calmly, pinch evenly and very slowly. In the beginning, in order to find the right rhythm, it will be very good to say: zupf - zupf - zupf ... Massage at least three times, and preferably five.

Massage improves microcirculation and makes the skin fresh and supple.

Refreshing Lemon Wrap

The duration of the procedure is one and a half hours.

Take the stress out - don't think about work anymore, traffic jams on your way home, oh everyday annoyance...

Already during the preparations, you can allow your thoughts to be carried away to the far southern regions. First mix the oils with citrus body oil. Then cut six lemons into slices, which, in turn, divide into four parts. Heat the slices in a pot and let them steam slightly, about ten minutes. Soak four handkerchiefs in lemon or orange oil and place hot lemon slices on them. Tie the corners of your handkerchiefs and wrap them in aluminum foil to keep them warm, and head south to your bathroom oasis.

• Place a mat in the shower to prevent slipping, and first take a warm foot shower. Using the hand shower, massage the instep and soles of the feet until the warmth spreads throughout the body. It will stimulate circulation and relax the body.

• Dry your feet and rub your body with a thin layer of oil.

• Take the first bag of lemons and start the massage: start from the legs and massage them in a circular motion from the feet up. The protruding fruit acid will tickle the skin - isn't it a delicious sensation? The removal of keratinized skin flakes is especially fast - thanks to fruit acids, you will rid your body of toxins much better. Already during the massage you will feel that your skin becomes unusually soft.

• Massage each bag of lemons until it cools down. But distribute all four bags in such a way as to "treat" the entire body.

• Finally, take a warm shower. You will be surprised to find that your skin has become just velvety and no longer needs a cream.

• Now provide your body with some more oxygen so that the microcirculation in the cells becomes even better. Weather permitting, go out onto the terrace or balcony. In bad weather, stand in front of an open window. Let your thoughts be just sunny!

• Breathe deeply, do some stretches, let your dreams take you south. Inhale and exhale deeply ten times. As you exhale, lift high up and open both arms. With your eyes closed, things will go even better. Now the whole body vibrates down to the smallest cells.

Treat yourself to a white wine shorli or chilled orange champagne. Rest for at least half an hour and enjoy your wonderful well-being.

Relaxation

If you're constantly stressed out and don't have a second to take a break because there's always something to do - and best of all right now - then an hour dedicated to relaxation is exactly what you need most of all. Set aside this hour for yourself, make sure you stay at home alone as much as possible, and turn off your phone and answering machine. Do not be afraid, work will not run away from you! Just put it aside for just one hour.

You can create your own hour of relaxation, depending on what you need. Put on something comfortable and take a critical look at yourself in the mirror. Time to pluck your eyebrows again? What does the skin need today? Is peeling necessary, which mask is more suitable? Perhaps a relaxing bath would be the right choice? Maybe today you would like to drink something special - tea, fresh juice or coffee with cream? What kind of music would you like to listen to? When
