Fight club. Combat fitness for women. Bim Backman, Aman Atilov

Fill the tub with water. When the bath is full, pour the flower decoction into it, and place the bags on the edge of the bath. Take a sachet in each hand and rub them in the water. First, the legs - all the time from the bottom up. Press down on the sachets lightly so that your the skin soaked up the flower juice. Now put both of these bags in water. Breathe deeply so that the flower-scented air enters your lungs. Take two other bags and rub them over your upper body. For the next five minutes, just soak in the tub. Get out of the bath, dry off and wrap your hair in a towel. Oil your body. After that, wrap yourself in something - it is best to wrap yourself in a bath towel first, and then put on a bathrobe. Sit back and have a cup of tea. The heat will open your pores and your skin will absorb the oil. This treatment is ideal for protecting the skin from dryness and restoring its elasticity. After rest, rub with a towel to remove excess oil from the skin. You can also remove them with a warm, damp compress.

"Tickling" bath

For such a bath, you will need bath salt, a tea that cleanses toxins, for example, green tea with algae, and a massage mitt. If you want, put a scented candle in the bathroom. Prepare tea. While it is brewing, fill the bath with water - it should not be hotter than 38 degrees. To prepare, massage your entire body with a massage mitt. When the bath is full, add salt to it. Immerse yourself in прекрасно пахнущую воду, спокойно пейте чай и позвольте себе немного помечтать… например о море… Через пятнадцать минут выходите из ванны. Lightly dry with a towel to absorb as many nutrients as possible into the skin.

bubble bath

A foamy bath has not only a hygienic effect, but also a strong relaxing effect. To prepare such a bath, it is better to use ready-made foaming agents, which are quite widely represented on the cosmetic market both in the form of a liquid and in the form of balls. The smaller the volume of water in the bath and the longer you whip the foam, the more effective the effect on the skin. Since instead of water, your body will be enveloped in foam, and foam bubbles have an excellent tonic effect on the skin (when the bubbles burst, a kind of micromassage occurs). In addition, you can choose tonic and relaxing foams, as well as those aromatic additives that you love the most.

Scented baths

In terms of its effect on our body, none of the types of baths can be compared with aromatic. Indeed, in this case, not only temperature and mechanical factors, but also chemical ones act, since the healing powers of aromatic oils or medicinal plants also come into play. For example, oils begin to act as soon as they are absorbed by the body and enter the circulatory system. Influencing the skin, they also affect the entire body as a whole and the brain, entering through the upper respiratory tract. And acting on the sense of smell, they have a strong psychotherapeutic effect. Some oils have a relaxing, sedative, and sometimes stimulating effect; others are only stimulating and activating. When used in various combinations, the effect reproduced by each of them can be enhanced.

Drop ten drops of essential oil into water at a temperature of 34-39 degrees, and, depending on the choice of oils, you will either relax your body or tone it up (cooler baths tone, warmer or hotter baths - over 40 degrees - relax).

Relaxing oils: lavender, bergamot, sandalwood.

Tonic oils: rosewood, orange tree, geranium.

You can either take baths with each oil separately, or mix them together.

The choice of smells is individual, someone likes sharp and strong smells, someone is light and neutral.

For strong scents, combine rose with geranium, rosewood and chefras.

For lighter ones, a combination of bergamot, lemon, rosewood and orange is suitable.

Vanilla, lavender and dewy incense are a neutral link between floral and citrus aromas.

Aromatic oil can be prepared independently at home: place your favorite herbs or flowers in a glass bottle, fill to the top with odorless light oil and cork. Put in a warm place for several weeks. Olive oil is hardly suitable for the base, it is better to use almond, avocado, sunflower oil.

Lavender has antibiotic and antiseptic properties. Therefore, if you feel tired and tense, when taking a bath before going to bed, put a few drops of lavender oil into the water, this will give a wonderful relaxing result for both the muscles and your thoughts, strengthen the body's defenses or help recovery if you catch a cold.

Tea tree oil has unique antiseptic properties. The antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal qualities of this oil make it widely used in medicine and cosmetics. Put ten drops of tea tree oil into your bath water and your skin will clear up or get rid of pimples. Rosemary oil is a great remedy to relieve fatigue in muscles and joints, especially after a whole week of work or after playing sports. Add a few drops of rosemary oil to your bath water and your tired muscles will thank you.

Ocean algae bath

To energize the skin, relieve stress and fatigue, speed up metabolism and remove toxins, prepare a seaweed bath. Algae are rich in protein, iodine, amino acids and vitamins. They are sold in the form of leaves or in the more familiar packets. Throw a pinch of seaweed into water heated to 40-47°C, then soak in the bath for 20 minutes. After the bath, wrap yourself in a thick terry bathrobe, then lie down, covering your head and feet with a silk blanket, slightly raised on soft pillows. Relax for 20 minutes, then shower and rub your body to stimulate cell activity and circulation.

Japanese sake bath

Fill the tub with hot water, then add about 1–2 liters of sake. Soak in such water for about 30 minutes, no less, and soften your skin. This bath removes toxins from your body and is at least three millennia old. It is believed that the geisha of the Heian era enjoyed it in order to perfect their beauty.

Japanese yellow chrysanthemum bath

You will need yellow chrysanthemums. Soak the flowers in a hot bath. Dive in, but don't rinse. Probably geishas The Yoshiwaras indulged in the pleasure of taking a warm, youthful bath to put aside the ravages of age.

citrus bath

This enchanting bath exudes a delightful, feminine scent. Use dried lemon peels or whole fruit. A variation of this bath is the citrus bath, which improves blood circulation and prevents colds. If you like, you can replace dry crusts with fresh fruit. Cut a thin slice of any citrus fruit—lime, lemon, orange, or grapefruit—and soak it in hot bath water. You can also use regular or Moroccan mandarin peels, or the whole fruit for an aromatic and soothing bath that will leave your skin fragrant. Break dry crusts into small pieces, wrap them in gauze and tie with a string. Put a bag (or four or five whole tangerines, if that's your preference) in a hot tub, then immerse yourself.

Bath with rose petals

Use 10 roses, tear off the petals (after they have been in a vase for a few days) and scatter them on the surface. Almost immediately, moist fragrant air will rise from the water, creating a relaxing bath. Keep the water temperature a little lower than usual to keep the rich pink color. You can also place the petals in a transparent cloth before adding them to the water. This will save time cleaning the bath.

BEAUTY IN AN HOUR

Even if you can only afford to spend a few minutes on your daily routine, you must consider the fact that this is enough for a good appearance, but not for energy storage, recuperation and stress relief. Give yourself the opportunity to recharge your batteries – ideally before they are completely depleted. Plan yourself a week in advance for half an hour of time devoted only to you and your body, and mark it in your calendar. An hour is enough time for a good bath or mask. They restore perfect health, relax and give vitality. At the same time, masks can even create a small miracle: the skin becomes velvety soft, smooth and sparkling, even wrinkles disappear. Naturally, you can also include the procedures described in the previous chapter in your hour of beauty.

Purifying mask

• Comb your hair back, pin it up and remove your eye makeup.

• Dilute a small amount of cleansing cream with water in a saucer. Soak a facial brush in this mixture and use it to apply the cream on your face. With this procedure, you also remove dead skin flakes.

• Rinse the sponge well with warm water, dry the skin.

• Now soak a small towel in warm water. Apply a warm compress and leave it on the skin for such a time until it cools down. The skin, thus, will become soft enough, which will increase the healing effect of the mask. In addition, such a compress allows you to wonderfully relax.

• Now apply a cleansing mask with your fingers - a thick layer, especially on problem areas of the skin. Do not touch the sensitive area of the eyes, as cleansing masks have an absorbent effect.

• Now put on
