• A useful luxury is a caviar mask. It contains substances that relax the skin and restore its elasticity and firmness.

• Treat the skin of your hands with a mask and apply it in a thick layer, and then put on gloves.

• Now let the masks do their thing. Lie down on the couch or sit in a comfortable chair, and either way put your feet up to rest them.

• Have a warm cup of tea.

• Close your eyes and do a breathing exercise. Inhale and exhale slowly and deeply… This time belongs only to you.

• If you have a desire, you can do a couple of stretching exercises. Choose for yourself what you like today.

• At the end of the masks, stretch well. Then soak a small towel in the sink and soak the mask. After that, remove it with a compress.

• Top it all off with a seafood cream (or other cream) to revitalize tired skin and slow down the aging process. Apply the cream to your skin. If it happens during the day, apply a day cream, in the evening - a night cream.

End of the hour of relaxation

If you are going to go somewhere, you can quickly apply makeup as follows:

• Mask problem areas of the skin with foundation.

• Apply foundation suitable for your skin type.

• Lightly powder your face to give your skin a matte finish and set your foundation.

• Refresh your face by applying some blush to your cheekbones.

• If you want, lightly tint your eyes with shadows and mascara.

• Finally, apply lipstick and lip gloss.

Energy

An hour is enough for a thorough cleansing of the body of toxins. For this, you need to be especially well prepared, since during it you will not be mobile enough. Take a large blanket to wrap yourself in and warm socks, prepare a dish with fruits - mango, pineapple or papaya, cut them into small pieces. These fruits contain many enzymes that help to remove toxins from the body. Put yourself a glass of milk, mineral water or tea, prepare a good book and music. In addition, you will need a body peel, anti-cellulite gel or cinnamon cream, body cream, foil, ice cubes and blunt scissors.

Activating body wrap 1

• Take a short refreshing shower and exfoliate your body. This is necessary in order to nourish substances during body wrapping could penetrate the skin. After exfoliation, dry thoroughly with a towel and apply anti-cellulite gel or cinnamon cream to the legs, abdomen, buttocks and upper arms.

• Now start wrapping the body with foil. To do this, it is best to put your foot on a stool or the edge of the bath. Unfold the foil, place it over the instep of the foot and wrap the leg. • Armed with ice cubes, return to the bathroom. Take blunt scissors and cut the foil first on the hands from the wrist to the armpit. On the stomach and legs, get rid of the foil from top to bottom - the order is important for blood circulation! Now you need a little courage: rub your heated body with ice from the bottom up, then immediately dry yourself with a towel so that the feeling of cold does not remain for a long time.

• Skin pores will immediately close. Enjoy the feeling of lightness in your feet. In most cases, you will immediately need to go to the toilet to completely get rid of toxins.

• Finally, apply a cream that restores skin elasticity. Try wearing pants that have been a little tight for you so far. You will immediately feel the difference!

Activating body wrap 2

• Fill the bath with water at a temperature of approximately 38 degrees.

• Check the temperature of the heated almond oil.

• Sit comfortably and rub the oil in a circular motion, first on the feet, then on the legs; oil should be absorbed evenly.

• Now it's the turn of the rest of the body: pay special attention to the heels, knees and elbows.

• Gel containing aloe acts as a catalyst, meaning your skin will be more accepting of the oil.

• Finally, apply a small amount of aloe gel on your face and let it absorb. Thus, you will have a particularly pronounced feeling of vitality.

Breakfast: 1 cup natural yogurt, 1 cup cottage cheese, muesli with nuts, 50 g fresh blueberries (or seasonal berries).

Snack: 80 g berries of your choice, 200 g yogurt, milk.

Lunch: 330 g broccoli, 80 g green onions, 1 head of garlic, 50 g boiled pork, salt, pepper, nutmeg, 1 tablespoon grated cheese, 1 wholemeal bun.

Dinner: a couple of green salad leaves, 100 g each apples, carrots and fennel, 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, horseradish, salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon crushed hazelnuts, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.

In addition: coffee, tea, apple schorle, mineral water, fruits.

Check that you have everything you need

Make sure you have everything you need for the next day at hand: face and body peeling, bath additives, body oil or massage cream, relaxing mask, foil, disposable gloves…
