By the way, tea is also better to drink during the day, and not before bedtime. The reason is the same - the presence in both drinks with caffeine, which stimulates the nervous system. However, it is still better to prefer tea. More often include in its composition a variety of medicinal herbs and other useful supplements.

Tea is an old Russian drink. In most families, tea drinking is very popular, but not everyone knows how to brew tea correctly. What are the classic rules for making tea?

First you need to choose the right container. The teapot can be ceramic, glass, porcelain and even plastic. The latter, by the way, often contain a metal strainer inside, which allows you to immediately catch the tea leaves, preventing them from falling into the cups, and after drinking tea, quickly wash the teapot, after removing the used tea leaves from the strainer. What is the correct sequence for brewing tea?

1. Rinse the kettle with boiling water so that it is hot inside. This will give the future drink a richer flavor.

Therefore, all kinds of supplements are only welcome. Tea leaves are diluted to taste with water, milk or cream, and served at the table along with sugar, honey and other delicacies. Moreover, milk is poured into a cup earlier than tea leaves. Most people pour tea first, then dilute it with milk. This seemingly insignificant rearrangement leads to the loss of a unique, refined aroma and taste of good tea.
