Tai Chun

Impact principles:

  • find a point;
  • attach the pad of the thumb or middle finger to the point so that the finger seems to stick to it. Pain or aches should be felt;
  • click on the dot, rotating and, as it were, screwing your finger into the dot;
  • press for 2-3 minutes without interruption;
  • slow down the rotation gradually.

Indications:

 

  • Liver qi stagnation: depression, fits of anger, feeling of fullness and pain in the hypochondrium, feeling of fullness in the chest, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, belching, bloating, hiccups, diarrhea, amenorrhea, algomenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, uterine bleeding, mastitis, decrease in milk secretion after childbirth, scrofula.
  • Liver fire inflammation: headache, dizziness, pain in the hypochondrium, pain, swelling and redness of the eyes, glaucoma, thirst, irritability, fits of anger, mania, epilepsy, insomnia, tinnitus, deafness, runny nose with purulent discharge, lacrimation in the wind, uterine bleeding, vomiting of pregnant women.
  • Liver Yang overactivity: headache, dizziness, tinnitus, redness of the face and eyes, irritability, fits of anger, insomnia, back pain, menopausal neurosis.
  • Internal activation of the liver wind: dizziness, headache, numbness and tremor of the limbs, sudden loss of consciousness, muscle paralysis on one side of the face, convulsions, coma.
  • Lack of liver blood: pallor, dizziness, decreased visual acuity, dry eyes, impaired twilight vision, numbness in the limbs, convulsions, amenorrhea.
  • Abnormal liver qi transverse flow: abdominal pain, belching, heartburn.
  • Invasion of liver fire into lungs: cough.
  • Invasion of the stomach by Liver Qi: pain in the epigastric region, vomiting.
  • Dampness-heat in the liver and gallbladder: jaundice, bitterness in the mouth, a feeling of fullness and pain in the hypochondrium, decreased appetite, nausea, vomiting, bloating belly.
  • Lack of Gall Bladder Qi: bitter taste in the mouth, foreboding, heavy sighs.
  • Diseases of the leg jue-yin of the liver channel: back pain, feeling of fullness in the chest, hernia, pain in the groin, pain in the parietal region of the head, dry throat, nausea, vomiting, bedwetting, urinary retention, diarrhea with secretion of undigested food residues, dark gray complexion, pain along the canal in the lower extremities.
  • Diseases of the genital area: pain in the external genital organs, pain in the testicle, amenorrhea, algomenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, uterine bleeding, as well as vomiting of pregnant women, convulsions of pregnant women, menopausal neurosis.
  • Eye diseases: pain, swelling and redness of the eyes, thorns, glaucoma, lacrimation in the wind, decreased visual acuity, dry eyes, impaired twilight vision.
  • Critical conditions: loss of consciousness, coma, apoplexy, epilepsy, convulsions in children, convulsions in pregnant women.
  • Other diseases: the formation of ulcers on the oral mucosa, overwork.
