Exercise “Steps”

Step exercise

If you walk slowly, moving your legs with difficulty, putting your foot forward with each step, inhale the air through your nose noisily and briefly in Strelnikov’s style. Step forward – a sharp breath through the nose, step forward – another breath. And so step by step, noisily “sniffing” the air, move forward. We took 8 steps-breaths – rest for a few seconds (or even minutes – be guided by how you feel). We took 8 more breaths (for each step, inhale) – again rest as much as you need. During rest, do not think about breathing. Breathe completely voluntarily (nose, mouth – it doesn’t matter): the mode and method of breathing during the stop does not matter.

If it’s so hard for you to move that even these 8 steps-breaths are difficult, rest after every 4 steps, but still move towards your cherished goal.
