Hug Batman Exercise
At the moment of the swing, perform an oncoming movement of arms bent at the elbows, raised to chest level, as if hugging oneself by the shoulders. The norm is 12 times for 8 breaths-movements, and with good training – 3 times for 32 breaths-movements.
