Exercise “Rock and Roll” on the move
You can do Strelnikov’s breathing exercises on the go not only by crouching a little at every step. You can do the exercise “Forward step” or “Rock and roll” on the go. You need to go as if marching, i.e. lifting your knees up, but not necessarily to the level of the belt, but a little, slightly, as far as your legs and your general well-being allow you. One knee up – on the other leg, at this time, crouch slightly and, of course, take a short noisy Strelnikov’s breath with your nose. It turns out “Rock and Roll” while walking.
Remember: in Strelnikov’s breathing exercises, movement and inspiration are done strictly simultaneously. Left knee up – slightly crouched on the right leg and sniffed. Right knee up – and at the same moment a light dancing squat on the left leg with a simultaneous noisy short breath through the nose.
For good health, I advise everyone to walk like this more often.
In the fresh air, in nature, in the open air, I recommend doing Strelnikov breathing exercises at a temperature not lower than + 3 ° C. At lower temperatures, there is a risk of hypothermia and the development of pneumonia.
