Ritual Action #5

Starting position (knees and pelvis do not touch the floor).

Ritual action #5 (1)

Starting position:
1) the body rests on the palms and pads of the toes;
2) fingers are closed, strictly oriented forward;
3) palms and feet are slightly wider than shoulders;
4) full breath;
5) tilt your head back and up as far as possible;
6) give the body the shape of an acute angle: the angle is directed upwards. The top is the buttocks;
7) the chin is pressed to the chest;
8) legs are straight, arms too;
9) arms and torso are in the same plane

Ritual action #5 (2)

Thus, the body was folded in half in the area of the hip joints. Now you need to take the deepest possible breath.
Breathing should be held after a tense pause.
If in a young and healthy person the whirlwinds are harmonized, then in a sick person their relationship is broken.

How to increase the number of workouts?
First, we practice for one week, performing each of the above exercises 3 times a day.
Add 2 reps every week. Then you get the following order of repetition of all exercises:
1st week – 3 times each exercise daily.
2nd week – 5 times daily.
3rd week – 7 times daily.
4th week – 9 times daily.

10th week – 21 times daily.

It may happen that performing all five exercises at once (i.e. 5 × 21 = 105 actions) for various reasons causes difficulty. In this case, the exercises can be divided into batches and performed in parts.
In this case, we are talking about a breakdown of the number of repetitions. Obviously, all 5 exercises should be performed in one go. For example, in the morning 5 exercises 11 times; in the evening, the same exercises 10 times. Or in the morning, in the middle of the day and in the evening, 7 times the same 5 exercises.
Attention!Ritual actions cannot be rearranged in any way or spaced apart in time!
As a rule, of all these exercises, the difficulty arises with the performance of the first ritual action in connection with rotation around its own axis.
There is nothing terrible in this!
Rotate as much as possible, then proceed to the next ritual actions. Gradually learn and rotation. Some people need a few weeks, while others – a whole year.
