Protein-Vitamin Diet with Eggs and Grape

This is a simple but very effective diet for those who need to get in shape quickly.
For 10 days of sitting on such a diet, you can lose 5-7 kg, while you do not have to fight hunger, because it is quite satisfying. The rules are very simple. You need to eat 6 times a day every 2.5 hours, alternating protein and vitamin foods – 3 times protein and 3 times vitamin. The main thing is not to use any seasonings and sauces when cooking and reduce salt intake. Drink everything with black or green tea without sugar, herbal infusions. Between meals, you can drink plain and mineral water without restriction.

Sample menu for the day (the weight of already cooked products is indicated):

1 option

8.00 (protein meal) – 2 boiled eggs
10.30 (vitamin food) – 1 grapefruit
13.00 (protein meal) – 200 g boiled lean beef
15.30 (vitamin food) – grated raw carrots
18.00 (protein meal) – 200 g boiled fish
20.30 (vitamin food) – 2 pears

Option 2

8.00 – fat-free cottage cheese
10.30 – boiled beets
13.00 – 200 g of boiled chicken meat
15.30 – 2 apples
18.00 – 200 g boiled sausage
20.30 – cucumber salad with radish

3 option

8.00 – cheese or white low-fat cheese
10.30 – tomatoes
13.00 – 200 g boiled liver
15.30 – cabbage salad with carrots
18.00 – 200 g boiled squid
20.30 – 1 large orange
