The Secret of the Metabolic Diet

The authors of the metabolic diet have created a weight loss system, according to which the body’s metabolism is accelerated and our hormonal system is affected.

This is due to the intake of products according to a certain pattern, which reduces the production of the hormones insulin and estrogen and increases the burning of body fat. With all these advantages, the menu is quite varied and does not provide for starvation. In this case, everything is simple: correctly distribute the products in the daily menu, and chemical reactions will do everything for you.

What is the point?

Of course, choosing this diet for weight loss and recovery, the question arises: does it harm the body? Of course, there is a certain risk, but we will not act thoughtlessly and first consult with your doctor.

It is not recommended to use the metabolic diet for people who have cancer, diabetes, endocrine diseases (for example, polycystic ovaries). But pregnant and lactating mothers can safely hold on, however, starting immediately from the second stage.

Perhaps the only drawback of such a diet will be that it will not be possible to obtain ultra-fast results. Although this is more of a plus, because nutritionists do not advise losing weight too sharply.

The essence of the diet is that at a specific time you need to consume specific foods from one of the five groups. Each group has its own score on a scale from 0 to 4. In total, the diet is divided into three stages, which we will discuss in detail below.

The first stage of the metabolic diet: fat burning

The first stage should be followed for two weeks. In view of the fact that it is on these days that the most effective fat burning occurs, it got its name.

So tune in to losing weight, and if you fail to lose weight to the desired weight, at the end of all stages, the first one must be repeated.

At the fat burning stage, it is allowed to use:

food with zero value;
multivitamins;
for all the time you can eat a spoonful of olive oil.
You can have dinner no later than three hours before bedtime, despite the fact that acceptable foods contain virtually no carbohydrates and fats.

Remember that if you feel significantly worse (tinnitus, darkening of the eyes, fever), immediately drink a cup of strong sweet tea and proceed to the second stage.

Second phase

At the second stage, you will reduce your weight gradually, immediately fixing the result and without harming your body. Its duration is not limited and ideally, it should be followed until you reach the desired weight.

The power scheme in the second stage looks like this:

Breakfast: From 8:00 to 10:00, have breakfast with products with 4 points;
Lunch: from 11:00 to 12:00, snack on foods that have 2 points;
Lunch: from 14:00 to 15:00 with products that have 2 points;
Snack: from 16:00 to 18:00. Include products with 1 point;
Dinner: from 18:00 to 20:00 with products that have 0 points.
Stage 3 of the metabolic diet

This stage is fully aimed at consolidating the achieved result. Eat by the hour, as in the second, but add one point to daily meals.

So for lunch and lunch, use foods with 3 points, for snacks with 2 points, and for dinner, dishes with foods that have one point. Following this stage, your weight will reach its ideal figure and stop there.

This means that in the future, you will always or almost always have to stick to the nutrition of the third stage.

Metabolic diet brings quite good, although not ultra-fast results. After completing a full course of weight loss, you can get rid of 30 kilograms that will not return.

Due to its balance, the diet is easy to tolerate, there is no feeling of hunger, good health. The main thing is not to overeat, albeit allowed, products.
