Quick diet

If you need to quickly lose a couple of pounds and there is no time for long-term diets, this article is designed just for you. The main products during a short diet are mineral water, any juices, but dilute them with water by half, boiled eggs, white meat, fat-free cottage cheese, vegetables and fruits (but not potatoes), rice and buckwheat. It is recommended to use a minimum of salt, if not hard, it would be great to just give it up. It is allowed to eat pickled vegetables, but not much.

It is absolutely forbidden to use any confectionery, bakery products, fried and smoked foods, alcohol, sugar, dairy products (fat), any seasonings such as mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, chips and nuts.

For breakfast, you can eat fat-free cottage cheese, a boiled egg, but no more than 2-3 pieces per week, fruits of your choice, a couple of pieces of figs, juice, or drinks without cream and, of course, sugar. For lunch, cook meat or chicken (100g), you can eat canned corn or peas. It is allowed to eat any vegetables raw, or simply pour them over with hot water. You can lightly stew them for 20-25 minutes. Eat fruits and drink juices. At dinner, eat vegetables and boiled cauliflower, but you need to eat it hot, you can boil rice or buckwheat, cottage cheese, pear or apple, juice is allowed. Such a diet for pancreatitis will not harm your health at all. It is important to remember that in order to get the result, during the diet you need to eat constantly at the same time. Drink a glass of mineral water half an hour before meals. During the day, do not forget to drink plenty of fluids. If you begin to feel hungry, do not rush to the refrigerator, take and drink water, you will see that your appetite will decrease.
