In total, there are several options for the method of losing weight, based on eating steamed buckwheat. The most strict and difficult to implement is the buckwheat mono-diet. She allows you to eat only buckwheat and no other products. True, you can eat porridge in any volume. It is recommended to drink purified table water. The maximum duration of such a diet is 3 days. During this time, you are guaranteed to lose 2-4 kg of excess weight.
The lightest buckwheat diet is considered the most gentle variation. Within its framework, you can eat not only buckwheat, steamed with boiling water or kefir, but also cottage cheese, dietary meats, vegetables – both fresh and stewed; fruits, berries, herbs. It is appropriate to enrich your diet with honey and dried fruits. Do not harm the delicacy with a small amount of nuts or peanuts. The results of a light diet are not so stunning: in a week you will lose 2-3 kg of weight, no more. But the probability of stress for the body is close to zero.
Another type of diet we are considering is the kefir-buckwheat method of losing weight. He prescribes to combine the use of steamed cereals with that of 1% kefir in an amount of up to 1 liter per day. This diet is good because it can last up to two weeks without harm to the body.
