Turkey Diet

Turkey meat is considered more “noble” meat than chicken. The fact is that turkey meat is more dietary, softer and contains more protein than chicken breasts. And their price differs slightly.

The turkey diet is one of the classic protein diets. With carbohydrates, it will only contain vegetables. Needless to say, if you are not a meat lover, then use some vegetable diet instead.

For 6 days we eat boiled turkey meat as the main dish. On the seventh day, you can indulge yourself and eat a fried “Christmas” turkey with vegetables (like the one in the picture).
For breakfast, we eat a vegetable salad or several whole vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet peppers). We do not eat meat – let the stomach wake up.
For lunch and dinner, we use boiled fillet or turkey breasts. As seasonings, you can use the above vegetables or garlic).
The meat must be free of fat!
If the turkey is no longer climbing, we drink kefir instead of a meat meal. But it is better not to deviate from the routine.
We use pharmacy bran to avoid constipation on a diet.
Drink plenty of water (as with any other protein diet) for better kidney function.
For a week of a turkey diet, you can lose 3-4 kg, which is a pretty good result. The diet should be repeated no earlier than after 3 months. The transition to a normal diet should be gradual.

Continue to drink increased amounts of water for another two weeks after the diet.
