Grapefruit diet, vitamin

This diet, on average, removes 3-4 kg per week, is quite vitamin-rich, but not cheap (due to the cost of grapefruits).

The main rule is one – do not eat after seven in the evening.

1 day

Breakfast: grapefruit or grapefruit juice without sugar, 2 pieces of ham weighing 25 g each (without white fat border), coffee or tea without sugar.
Lunch: grapefruit and vegetable salad seasoned with lemon juice (any non-starchy vegetables + greens). Portion 250 g. Coffee or tea.
Dinner: boiled or grilled meat (150 g raw weight), green salad with lemon juice (200 g), tea with a spoonful of honey.

2 day

Breakfast: grapefruit or grapefruit juice + 2 eggs (not fried), tea, coffee without sugar.
Lunch: grapefruit + 50 g of cheese (preferably 20 – 30 percent fat), can be replaced with 150 g of homemade cheese (cottage) or low-fat cottage cheese.
Dinner: poached or grilled fish 200 g, large salad of green vegetables, dressed with lemon-olive dressing (i.e. a teaspoon of lemon juice and the same amount of olive oil), + a slice of black bread or crispbread (20 g).

3 day

Breakfast: grapefruit or grapefruit juice. Two tablespoons of oatmeal or muesli with a tablespoon of raisins, a couple of ground nuts (except peanuts) with the addition of low-fat yogurt or milk (4 tablespoons).
Lunch: grapefruit, a cup of vegetable soup or clear broth with two crackers.
Dinner: half a grapefruit (eat before going to bed), 200 g chicken (grilled or boiled), 2 baked tomatoes. Tea.

Day 4

Breakfast: a glass of tomato juice, a boiled egg, tea with lemon.
Lunch: grapefruit + large salad of carrots or green vegetables (cucumber, pepper, celery, lettuce, broccoli, etc.) with lemon-olive dressing + slice of bread or toast.
Dinner: boiled or stewed vegetables – cabbage, beets, carrots, celery, zucchini, except for potatoes and corn (no more than 400 g). Tea. At night, a glass of grapefruit juice or fresh grapefruit.

Day 5

Breakfast: fruit salad (grapefruit, orange, apple). Coffee or tea with lemon.
Lunch: baked large potato with coleslaw or any green vegetables (200 g).
Dinner: beef steak (200 g) or chicken (250 g) or fish (250 g). Baked tomato or tomato juice. At night, grapefruit or juice.

Day 6 and 7, you can choose any of the above as desired.

Every day, if you experience a feeling of severe hunger, you can add between main meals for a glass of yogurt, an apple or an orange, as well as 1 teaspoon of honey as a tea sweetener once a day. Tea is optimal only green and with lemon, if there is none, do not drink kefir! Coffee only freshly brewed or espresso.

At night, you can afford to eat only grapefruit, and no kefir! It is better to eat 5 hours after each meal. Salt should be used only in case of impending physical death (this slows down the diet) and in moderation. Salt is replaced by dry herbs. Sauces are prohibited. Spices, except for red pepper, it is better to temporarily forget. Fish can be used from a can, but only in its own juice (preferably tuna). Herring and mackerel, as well as other fatty varieties, should be forgotten. The meat is accordingly lean. If you do everything honestly, the weight will decrease quite quickly and without mental anguish.
