Self care in 30 minutes

You need to take care of yourself not from time to time, but cyclically and regularly. Best every day! In this article, we want to give you a rough plan for daily self-care. The program includes procedures not only for facial skin care, but also for hair, nails and skin of the whole body!

How to take care of yourself every day
Monday.
We take care of the face and neck.
We wash ourselves with milk or foam for the face. We apply a scrub, cleanse the skin with an express mask. We apply a mask for the skin around the eyes. Wash off the masks with warm water. Friday
Hair care.

Saturday.
Comprehensive care.
We take a relaxing bath with sea salt, foam, aromatic oils. We make a mud mask for the body and face. Rinse your hair with herbal infusion. We do epilation. Apply body milk or self-tanning cream.

Sunday.
Consolidation of the result.
It’s time to take care of the beauty coming from within. We dress beautifully and go for a walk in the park, get some fresh air, go to the countryside, go to the cinema or theater. Treat yourself to ice cream, chocolate, or some other treat. You can arrange a shopping trip and please yourself with a small new thing.
