In summer it is best to use lotions with UV protection, but in winter – creams rich in moisturizers and oils. Apply to the skin of the body in a not too thick layer so as not to leave stains on clothes, bed linen. In winter, it is recommended to use moisturizers half an hour before leaving the house, so that the skin has time to absorb the cream or lotion.

Home skin baths
As mentioned above, showering is the best way to cleanse, but many people like to take a bath. This is also an acceptable option, but there are a few small points here. Firstly, daily baths dry the epidermis much more than showers. Secondly, you can take a bath for no more than 20 minutes, and the water should be warm, not hot. Therefore, if you like to lie down in the bath when you come home, then you can do this a couple of times a week, observing these little rules.

In specialized stores for baths, there are also various products: foams, salt, oils. If desired, you can use natural ingredients for baths, for example, infusions and decoctions of herbs, essential oils and others. Baths with oils perfectly relax, soothe, tone up, and can also give a warming or cooling effect. Since the oil does not dissolve in water, first you need to mix it with other ingredients: soap, shower gel, but to achieve the best effect, it is ideal to combine with kefir, sour cream or milk.

To relieve fatigue or stress, you can add rose, lavender, or sandalwood oil. To relieve tension in the muscles – lemon balm and ginger or cinnamon and mint oil. Citrus oils are used to lift the tone and mood. And if you are very cold, then it is best to add to a warm bath lemon oil, or pine. Essential oils need to be added only 5-6 drops per bath.

For herbal decoctions, you can use a series (calms, increases circulation), a mixture of mint, calendula and sage (the skin becomes elastic, fat is broken down), chamomile (calms the nervous system).

There are recipes for weight loss baths, for example, if you take 100 g of melted honey, mix it with a liter of milk and pour it into a bath with warm water, the skin will noticeably cleanse, tighten, and become tender. You can also use 300 g of salt and 100 g of soda by adding them to the bath. After such a procedure, harmful toxins and toxins, as well as fats, will leave the body. In order to lose some weight, some advise taking a mustard bath, for this, dilute 100 g of mustard powder with a liter of hot water and pour it into a warm bath (also useful for colds).
