Thus, it is not worth looking for a way to lose weight in the recommendations from the stars, because they most likely do not breastfeed. Yes, and such diets are not recommended even for women who have not given birth, but here, along with losing weight, it is necessary to restore the body.

In general, it is better not to start losing weight with diets and fitness in the first month and a half. Give your body time to get used to the changes, get used to the new state. Often, women change their eating habits, develop allergies, and all this you need to know. And yes, it doesn’t hurt to just relax.

The minimum allowable level of calorie intake is 1200 Kcal per day, but for each the number of calories is individual and is calculated by the formula: ideal weight, multiplied by 30.
