A set of exercises for flat feet

In the starting position (I.P.), sitting with straightened legs:

The knees and heels are connected, the right foot is strongly extended; bring the front section of the left foot under the sole of the right, then repeat the exercise, changing legs.

Stroke the left shin with the inner edge and plantar surface of the right foot, repeat by changing legs.

I.P. – sitting on a chair:

Bend your toes.
Bringing the feet inward.
Turning the feet inward.
Grab and lift the ball with both feet.
Grab and lift the pencil with your toes.
Grab and lift the sponge with your toes.
Use your toes to pull up the thin mat.
With your feet, roll a rolling pin or a round wooden stick with a diameter of 5-7 cm in front of you.
I.P. – standing on toes, feet parallel:

Go to the outer edge of the foot and return to I.P.
Walking barefoot on sand (for sand, a 100 x 50 cm box can be adapted) or a foam rubber mat (or with a large pile), bending your toes and leaning on the outer edge of the foot.
Walking on a sloping surface with support on the outer edge of the foot.
Walking on a log sideways.
Exercises are performed barefoot, each 8-12 times.

The best way to strengthen your legs is walking. While walking, metabolism improves, muscle activity is activated, and blood circulation improves. However, prolonged walking leads to muscle strain, stagnation and accumulation of lactic acid, which causes sharp pains.

Keeping your feet clean is not enough to keep your feet in good condition. It is necessary to perform exercises for the capillaries, to cleanse the cells and to saturate them with energy. It is necessary to ensure that the feet are always warm, pink in color.

These exercises are easy to do and do not take much time.

Waking up in the morning, stretch in bed three times. Then, lying on your back, arms under your head, legs extended, make 30-60 “goldfish” movements in a row, as a fish does while swimming, from side to side. Exercise frees cells from accumulated toxins.

Lying on your back, raise your arms and legs up, shake them in the air 30-60 times. This exercise opens the smallest blood vessels.

Lying on your back, connect your palms and feet. Make several movements with your hands from your chest, and slide your legs, bent at the knees, along the bed. Then sit down and rub your feet well, until warm, with the palms of your hands.
