Fat-burning workout for all muscle groups

1. Take an emphasis lying down. Place your hands at chest level as close to your torso as possible.
2. Begin to bend your arms at the elbows, lowering the body down. The forearms should be along the body, so make sure that the elbows stick out to the sides. Hold down for a second and straighten your arms.
