Shaping exercises: rhythmic gymnastics for a seductive figure

When there is a need for rapid weight loss, then you should remember such an activity as shaping. Being one of the directions of rhythmic gymnastics, it allows you to quickly eliminate unnecessary kilograms and tighten your figure.
Shaping basics
Shaping is based on a special model of a mathematical nature, on the basis of which the standard of the most attractive body has been developed. In accordance with this, a purely individual set of exercises is selected for everyone who wants to engage in shaping. Where do classes start? Beforehand, your weighing, measurement of all volumes, identification of possible contraindications takes place. In addition, monthly repeated readings are taken, which allows you to adjust your program. Taking into account all this, we can state with confidence that shaping exercises give the result prompt, as much as possible consistent with expectations and quite real.
How are shaping classes going? In fact, their essence is quite simple: each workout is a multiple repetition of blocks of exercises, while you need to strive for the maximum range of motion. A similar principle, which is the basis of the system, contributes to the most rapid correction of the female figure (with regular classes, tangible results will appear in the third month, and after the first one you will already notice improvements).

Exercise Options
Now let’s talk directly about the exercises themselves when doing shaping. As we have already noted, each program is selected purely individually, taking into account absolutely all the features that you possess.

The whole set of exercises consists of three parts:

warm-up;
stretching exercises;
relaxing exercises.
It is the second part that occupies the central place – stretching exercises, examples of which you will see below. In the meantime, here’s some more important information:

The lesson should not be less than an hour. You must understand that shaping in order to get rid of excesses in the figure, in order to keep yourself in shape, is possible only with a responsible approach. Therefore, try to carve out the necessary amount of time;
Immediately before classes and immediately after them, it is undesirable to eat heavy food. It’s better to have lunch in advance, and if there is not enough time, then it is easy to have a snack. During the classes themselves, pay due attention to the amount of water consumed, do not neglect it;
Finally, do not strive for maximum loads solely for the sake of allegedly “quickly” losing weight. This will not help, but you can easily overheat your body, and therefore worsen your general condition.
Now let’s give examples of the main stretching exercises performed during shaping.

Exercise 1: back

Starting position: lying on the stomach, arms extended up and located at an angle of 30 degrees in relation to the body;
The actual exercise is that you need to raise your outstretched arms up, as high as you can.
Exercise 2: press

Starting position: lying on your back, legs bent at the knees, hands behind your head. We advise you to put a towel rolled into a tube under your lower back;
You must lift the body of the body and hold it for a while at the highest point.
Exercise 3: buttocks

This exercise, by the way, indirectly gives a load on the press.

Starting position: lying on your back with arms outstretched to the sides, right leg bent at the knee, left leg extended and slightly raised;
Leaning on the right leg, raise the body so that it forms a straight line with the left leg extended. Stay in this position. Then change legs and repeat.
As you can see, shaping is very useful. By the way, it not only helps to lose weight. Shaping, like any active activity, significantly improves mood, and this is a very important component for all women without exception.
