Never lower the warm-up part. During the lesson, follow the indicated order of pulse and breathing. In each exercise, watch the sensations of the muscles, the lack of load in the required group shows a violation of the technique.

Some kind of illness or pregnancy may interfere with classes, but shaping will quickly lead to the former form of stateliness for a newly-made mother.
