* Perform this complex in a circle, you can repeat it 2-3 times.

*To start, stand in each asana for 10-15 seconds and try to reach 1.5 minutes.
1. Santolanasana-1, or plank on straight arms
Lie on the floor, place your palms exactly under the shoulder joints.
Get up on the plank. Interestingly, it is not necessary to achieve a perfectly flat body line. It is much more important to breathe easily and freely.

2. Eka Pada Naukasana, or Boat Pose with One Leg
Lie on the floor, hands at your sides.
Raise your body and leg at the same time, stretch your arms forward as far as possible. As you can see, pulling the sock is also not necessary. It is important to catch the balance, to feel how the core muscles work.
Don’t forget to switch sides.

3. Naukasana or Boat Pose

4. Vasishthasana or side plank

Now gently turn your body to the left while extending your arm up.
Change sides.

5. Santolanasana-2, or plank on the elbows
Lie on your stomach, bend your arms, press to the body.
Now get up on the plank.
