Exercises for beautiful breasts

A set of exercises for chest tone

1. For the first exercise, you need to take a sitting position on a chair or standing near a wall. Press your back against a wall or straight back of a chair. Bring both palms together, placing them in front of the chest. Then begin to press on the palms with a very strong effort to clearly tighten the pectoral muscles. Try to sustain the effort by counting to ten, and then move your palms forward a little. Press down firmly on your palms again and count to ten again. Repeat these approaches at least three times. At the end of the exercise, you can relax your hands and shake them slightly.
2. In the second exercise, you need to stand in the doorway between the jambs and rest your hands on them. Press down on the joint for one minute. After that, tilt your body slightly into the opening to distribute the load on the pectoral muscles and increase it. Hold this position for one more minute.
3. Similar to this exercise, you need to do against the wall. At the same time, make such efforts as if you are trying to move the wall from its place. However, you should not lean too much, otherwise the entire load will be on the back, and not on the pectoral muscles. It is enough to do three approaches, each of which should be at least two minutes in total.
4. In the fourth exercise, lying on the floor, you need to pick up one dumbbell each. Try to lift the dumbbells up with both hands at the same time. At the same time, tighten your chest as much as possible. Then take a short pause and tilt the dumbbells down. The weight of the dumbbells should be such that you can perform the eighth pressure with great effort. This exercise needs to be done in eight presses in three sets.
5. For the fifth exercise, you need to stand up straight and take dumbbells in your hands. Then, gently and very slowly, with outstretched arms, try to raise the dumbbells up to chest level. Lock the body weight in this position, and then also slowly lower the dumbbells down. Do this alternately with your hands. This exercise must be performed for six repetitions also for three sets.
6. In the sixth exercise, you need to sit on a chair, while also holding dumbbells in your hands. Place them in front of your chest. In this case, it is necessary to bend your arms at the elbows and press them to the sides. Do eight reps with your arms out to your sides. But keep your elbows pressed to your sides. The next approach requires you to spread your arms with dumbbells so that the elbows move away from the body. This type of exercise helps stretch the pectoral muscles and creates a more beautiful shape for the chest.
7. The seventh exercise is push-ups from the floor. Push-ups are considered the most effective exercises for shaping the chest and visually increasing its size. In this case, you can not do with only a small number of push-ups. Ideally, you need to do twenty push-ups in one of the approaches. If it is difficult to immediately perform such a number of push-ups, start, for example, with five, gradually increasing the number of loads.
8. In the eighth exercise, you need to stand with your back to a chair and rest your hands on it. Also stretch your legs forward, but keep them at an angle of forty-five degrees. Do push-ups in this position for three sets of eight times each. Stretching should be done at the end of any exercise. This will bring the muscles into a relaxed state. It will also not be superfluous if you rest against the wall with your hands and linger in this position for a while. Or you can just lower your hands with dumbbells and stand like that quietly for a while.
Your breasts will gain additional volume after a month of regular exercise. The muscular frame will be completely strengthened, and the chest will be more beautiful. But even after a month of regular classes, skip those workouts. After all, in order for the chest to please you with its beauty, its shape should be maintained constantly.
