Swinging Trapezius Muscles with Block Pulls

Many athletes note that the back swings inward. This means that in order to get a beautifully detailed back, you need to use all, even the smallest, muscles, including various variations of the same exercise in the training program. This type of traction will help you work out the upper back muscles. With the right technique and good nutrition, you will get a clear separation between the muscle bundles, as a result, the back will become embossed and massive.

An exercise similar in effect is the barbell row with a narrow grip to the chin, which often injures the wrists, so experienced athletes replace it with a horizontal row to the chest while sitting with a rope handle, where the trapezius muscles are involved. This type of thrust is usually performed with an average weight and a relatively large number of repetitions. During the approach, feel the tension in your back, relaxing your wrists and shoulders. Do not take long pauses between repetitions and do not forget to follow your breathing: while inhaling, pull the block to the belt, while exhaling, slowly return to the starting position. Keep the body straight and keep your back straight.
Sit on the floor/seat with your knees slightly bent.
Pull the handle towards your waist.
The shoulders are laid back, the chest is exposed forward.
Return the handle to its original position by straightening your arms so that a slight stretch is felt in your back.
