Which Muscles Are Least Used by Modern Man

Which muscles are least used today by a person due to the modern lifestyle.
Arriving at the gym, we first train the chest and biceps. Although the following muscles suffer the most in our urbanized time:

1) Postural – those that support posture: the glutes, abdominal muscles and rectifiers of the spine (the latter include many back muscles, including trapezius).

2) Core muscles – also responsible for normal functioning in conditions of active life (turn on during lifting or carrying weights with a displaced center of gravity, standing on a fixed support, etc.; for example, carrying a bag on one shoulder): small and medium gluteus maximus, rectus femoris, transverse and oblique abdominis, tensor fascia lata, iliocostal.

3) Deltoid, latissimus, forearm and gastrocnemius muscles – those that used to allow a lot and good run, climb mountains and trees, and also hurt each other with swords, spears and axes.

4) Most important! In modern man, the main muscle of our body, the heart, is the worst developed (detrained). Hypodynamia (elevators, cars, office) is primarily reflected on him.
