Push-ups without legs are possible.

Stage 2

Stage 3

The third step will bring us even closer to completing this exercise. You should become in the position of a horizontal stop and do push-ups in this position. If you performed the previous exercises correctly and conscientiously, then you can easily stand in horizontal support with your legs apart. It is advisable to go as low as possible. In this exercise, you also need to achieve at least 20 repetitions and you can proceed to the next stage.

Stage 4

The fourth stage is exactly what you wanted. Legless push-ups were already in the third stage, but nonetheless, that was still a lead up exercise. At the fourth stage, you become in horizontal support, but at the same time your legs should be together.
