Fat Burning Circuits

If we are talking about special trainings to eliminate deposits of adipose tissue, then our choice is circular training. But not classic, but improved in such a way as to accelerate the fat burning process to at least the third cosmic speed!

Basic principles:
>Depending on your preparation, the circle may include from several, up to 7-8 exercises for different muscle groups.

> You should use basic exercises to include the maximum number of muscle fibers in the work.

>To further enhance the fat burning process, add an aerobic exercise to each round (work in an aerobic style for 40-60 seconds.)

> Perform aerobic exercise immediately after strength training without a break. Also, without a pause, you move from aerobic to strength. Pause between strength exercises 40–60 s.

> Aerobic exercise can be anything: an exercise bike, an orbit track, a sprint. It is most convenient to use a skipping rope. You can work with a punching bag if there is one in the gym.

>At the end of the circle, do the exercise for the press. This will help you get rid of excess fat in the abdominal area as efficiently as possible. (the exercise should be such that you can complete 40-50 repetitions)

>Repeat the circle two or more times, but make sure that the time of such a workout does not exceed 45 minutes

>If you work exclusively in this mode, limit yourself to three workouts per week.

An example of a circuit workout for burning fat

1) Easy option
>bench press
>Pull-ups
>Aerobics 40s
>Squats
>Press

2) Advanced option
>bench press
>Bent over barbell row
>Aerobics 40s
>standing barbell curl
>seated french press
>Aerobics 40s
>seated dumbbell press
>Squats
>Press

The number of repetitions can vary from workout to workout.

Example: Monday – heavy workout (6-8 reps with maximum weight), Wednesday – medium intensity (12-15 reps), Friday – light workout (15-20 reps with light weight).
