Home is a place where many are accustomed to relax rather than strain. For example, immediately after a light dinner, fall on the sofa with a new detective novel, and not at all put on your sneakers, hitch a dog and go for a run. In addition, we all know how to forgive ourselves and justify our laziness. The favorite excuse is the banal “tomorrow (on Monday, after the project was completed, after seeing my girlfriend) I’ll start studying.” Therefore, in order to push yourself to such activities as fitness at home, it is worth trying to plan your home activities. That is to become more organized. First you need to decide what is easier for you: get up earlier or set aside time in the evening. Forgetting about the weekend, at least at the initial stage, will be very difficult, but necessary: ​​because, as experience shows, after resting for two or three days it is almost impossible to force yourself to start studying again. The support of loved ones will be quite useful, it is they who are able to create favorable conditions. Not to bother you when you master the next asana, not to call you on the phone when there are still seven squats left before the final relaxation exercise, and also to put up with the postponement of dinner or the rejection of freshly brewed coffee.

As for how long and regular classes at home can become, it also depends on you. It either becomes a habit, like brushing your teeth, or it doesn’t. To say that in this regard, homework is worse is hardly legitimate. With the same success, you can abandon paid classes.

But the most important thing that fitness classes at home give is the ability to organize yourself and establish self-control. If you have managed to discipline yourself, you can be proud yourself. Gradually, you will learn to plan not only your business meetings, but also your personal, free time.
