For example, stepping or brisk walking are moderate-intensity aerobic exercises. Therefore, they are suitable for untrained people, as well as people of any age who are not ready to do high-intensity exercises such as running or cycling. Despite the different intensity, any exercise helps to eliminate extra pounds. If you want to lose weight faster, then start brisk walking. Experts advise starting aerobic exercise to burn fat with a brisk walk for fifty minutes. After a certain period of time, you will immediately notice how your appearance changes, because calories are burned faster, and extra kilos start to melt. It should be noted that walking should be fast. The first fifteen minutes you need to go slowly to prepare your muscles, and then you can gradually increase the pace. Also, when performing aerobic exercises for burning fat, that is, walking, you should keep a fast pace for thirty minutes, the last ten minutes you need to slow down the pace.
