Aerobic Workouts to Burn Fat at Home

If you perform aerobic exercises for burning fat at home, this will help many who want to lose weight. For active weight loss, two things are important: exercise and proper nutrition.
Exercise rules

Physical activity. The most suitable are cardio workouts and aerobic exercises for burning excess weight. They help maintain muscle tone and burn excess fat. With a decrease in the number of calories in the diet, it is muscles that begin to burn first, and not fat cells.

You can do these basic aerobic exercises at home to burn fat:
Jumping in different directions. Side jumps to the side: in turn, we throw to the side in a jump either the left or the right leg. You can alternate with simple jumps to the sides, in a circle, cross jumps, where we alternately change the position of the legs: in one jump, one leg goes forward, the other back, the second jump – vice versa.
Lunges. The most famous of them is the Bulgarian lunge. From a standing position, you need to take a wide step forward and linger, while one leg is in front in a lunge, bent 90 °, thigh parallel to the floor. The leg in front in this position is the supporting one. In this case, the second leg assumes the following position: the thigh is perpendicular to the floor, the lower leg is parallel. This leg is not currently supporting and is set back on the toe.
There are several exercises that follow from the original. You can quickly change the position of the legs, alternating both legs as a support. You can lunge and “spring” in this starting position, trying to sit deeper. This exercise also trains stretching to some extent.
Classic squat. The squat should be done from a standing position, feet shoulder-width apart, feet parallel to each other. When squatting, you need to try so that your knees do not go forward, and the lower leg remains parallel to the floor. You need to try to squat deeper, but first – how it goes.
Twisting is effective for burning fat:
Standing twists. Performed in a standing position, feet shoulder width apart, hands on the belt. Alternately turn the case to the left, then to the right until it stops, the pace can be adjusted. If it is possible to do it faster, then it is allowed, but carefully.
Then you can diversify twisting by spreading your arms to the sides when turning. For this, the best starting position is: the arms are bent at the elbows at the chest, and with a turn to the side they open.
Another great exercise that is familiar to many is the Mill. From a standing position, lean forward (so that the body becomes parallel to the floor) in turn touch the toe of the opposite leg with a straight hand. Then we change the hand, turning the body around its axis. Thus, one hand flies up, and the other reaches for the toe of the foot.
Twisting while lying, or, as they are called in a different way, exercises for the oblique muscles of the abdomen. Performed from a prone position, hands behind the head, elbows to the sides, legs bent at the knees. With the right elbow, we stretch to the left knee, lifting the body. And vice versa.
A few more exercises

Push ups. Classic push-ups train not only the muscles of the hands, but also the upper body, and in a certain position, the whole body, according to the bar prototype. If you need to increase the load and complicate the task, set the work for as many muscles as possible, then push-ups should be performed from the position of the emphasis lying on your hands, putting your feet on your toes. If you need to make the task easier, then the starting position is not on your toes, but on your knees. In any case, you need to do push-ups correctly so that the body falls strictly in a straight line, do not bend your back.
Exercise equipment: rope, hoop, dumbbells. Dumbbells do not need to be taken with a lot of weight; for aerobic training, a small weight is suitable, but multiple repetitions of the exercise at a pace. Usually simple exercises are taken. Rope jumping belongs to the group of cardio workouts, because it is not possible to perform it slowly. succeed. The intensity can be varied.
Run in place. You can diversify the usual running on the spot in order to raise your legs in different ways: first, run at a normal pace, then try to lift your knees as high as possible, while not tilting your legs back, and then – do not stick your knees forward beyond the line of the body, but throw them back.
Plank. A very effective exercise in which almost all muscles work. Based on static muscle tension, optimal for home use. Starting position – emphasis lying on the hands and toes; the same position as with push-ups, the body is parallel to the floor. In this position, you need to hold out as long as possible, starting from 30 seconds. The body should not bend, it should be strictly in a straight line. Another plank starting position: drop onto your elbows, legs still on toes. Same thing: hold out as long as possible.
There are many more types of aerobic activity that you can dilute with outdoor fat burning exercises for the fastest results: cycling, swimming, running. However, it is worth being careful if there are problems with the joints or with the heart, shortness of breath, etc., and in this case choose a more gentle type of training.
