His Majesty calcium

There is no person in the world who would not want to live long and without getting sick. True, rarely does anyone make this dream a goal. It seems to some that this is impossible, because there is no money: money for medicines, expensive clinics, sanatoriums, resorts, fitness clubs … Those who have the funds for all of the above convince themselves that in order to engage in health, they no time.

In fact, in order to maintain health, knowledge is much more important. Knowledge about how the human body works, what it needs in the first place, what is the cause of the disease and how to make the most elementary things that surround us work for our own health lie, one might say, under our feet and cost practically nothing.

Today we will tell you about calcium – an amazing trace element on which your health directly depends.

Calcium is a building material for human bones and teeth. Even in the womb, a tiny fetus draws calcium from its environment with might and main in order to form its own “framework” – the skeleton. But even after being born, a person continues to need this microelement, which is important for health, all his life.

Calcium is responsible for many things in the body. It provides blood clotting, regulates the activity of all organs, muscles, nerves, helps the heart to work tirelessly, to be flexible and strong vessels. Calcium, like a vacuum cleaner, cleanses the body of harmful substances, removing strontium and radionuclides – satellites of the poisoned ecology of large cities.
Calcium in the human body, weighing approximately 70 kilograms, contains about a kilogram. But this body is not enough! Calcium is required daily about 1000 mg. Without this portion, the normal functioning of the body is impossible.

The need for calcium varies at different times in a person’s life. In childhood, when the child is actively growing (from one year to 6 years), it needs up to 1500 mg per day. The second period of calcium starvation occurs in adolescence and lasts up to 20 years. Pregnant and breastfeeding women “spend” a lot of calcium.

With the onset of menopause in women, as well as in men over the age of “50 …”, a natural leaching of calcium from the bones begins. These losses can range from 1 to 5% of bone mass per year. If this process is left to chance, then you can very quickly get a disease such as osteoporosis. This disease is characterized fragility of the bones. The World Health Organization considers it the fourth most common disease on earth.

Most diseases arise due to an imbalance in the acid-base balance in our body. Acidification is dangerous because an acidic environment is the most favorable for the development of cardiovascular, immune, gastrointestinal diseases. An excess of acid leads to the formation of kidney stones, the deposition of salts in the joints, slagging of the blood and blood vessels. The body acidifies quickly and almost daily. From what? From the fact that we eat much more protein foods than we need, neglecting the plant. Sausage, meat, delicacies, smoked meats are all acid-forming foods. But, fortunately, there is His Majesty calcium. This is the only element in nature that alkalizes the body, that is, it neutralizes acids. Since there is no acidic environment, there is no soil for the development of diseases. Doctors have calculated that the lack of calcium in the body is the cause of more than 150 different diseases.

People who take calcium additionally or for prophylactic purposes lay the very straw in advance, without which you can fall so that you can’t even get up …

In nature, calcium is found in the form of chalk deposits in the thickness of the earth, shells of marine mollusks, coral reefs. But the most accessible is contained in the eggshell.

The beneficial properties of eggshells were used by the great physician Avicenna. In his multi-volume scientific work “Canons of Medicine” you can find dozens of recipes based on eggshells. Avicenna did not yet know that the shell is very similar in structure to calcium, which makes up human teeth and bones, but as a practitioner he saw the results of this effect. Avicenna treated his patients with egg shells over a thousand years ago, but the practical value of his recipes is by no means obsolete.

The simplest of them is this: grind a clean shell into powder in a mortar (without films lining it from the inside) and take a pinch daily with food or drink. The shell can be given even to babies. It relieves diathesis, accompanied by excruciating itching. To make calcium easier to absorb, pediatricians recommend adding a few drops of lemon juice to a portion of the powder.

The effect of calcium on the human body is being studied by scientists before so far. There is evidence that even cancer cells surrender under its pressure. The research isn’t over yet, but there’s nothing stopping us from adding calcium to our diet in the name of health. Moreover, it does not require any special costs or time.
