Easy Chicken Pie Breakfast Casserole

Calorie per 100 gr – 130 kcal

INGREDIENTS:
– Boiled chicken fillet – 300 gr
– Flour – 50 gr
– Egg (medium-sized) – 2 pcs
– Milk – 150 gr
– Hard cheese of low fat content – 50 gr
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– Seasonings (black pepper, curry, Italian herbs) – to taste
– Salt – to taste

RECIPE:
1) Chicken fillet finely chopped.
2) Beat eggs with salt and milk, add flour, baking powder and seasonings, this way you get a sparse dough. We shift the chicken pieces and grated cheese into the dough. Mix well and transfer to a baking dish.
3) Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 35-40 minutes (until golden brown). You can cook such a pie not only in the oven, but also in a slow cooker!
