The perfect curd breakfast: 5 delicious cheesecake recipes!

1. Cheesecakes with raisins and lemon (in the oven!)
? per 100 grams – 162.46 kcal? B / F / U – 10.19 / 5.55 / 18.44?

Ingredients:
250 g cottage cheese
1 chicken egg
5 st. l. oat bran
7 art. l. raisins
zest of 1 lemon
ground cinnamon and ginger to taste

Cooking:
1. Mix the cottage cheese, egg, zest and spices, rub well (you can chop the cottage cheese with a blender).
2. Add raisins and bran pre-soaked in boiling water or in fragrant tea, mix. If you are not in a hurry, leave the dough for half an hour so that the ingredients “get to know each other”. Another nuance, if the cottage cheese is very dry, you can add a spoonful of natural yogurt or milk – the dough should turn out to be cool and sticky – so that you can make traditional cheesecakes for frying in a pan from it.
3. We tamp the dough into silicone molds (we don’t grease or sprinkle anything!) And bake for 20 minutes at 180–200 degrees (you will feel the readiness by the warm cottage cheese smell).
4. Get the cheesecakes out of the molds. When they are just out of the oven, they are very tender, they can fall apart with a sharp movement, then slightly harden.

Form cheesecakes, putting prunes inside each. Bake in the oven until done.
