Mix Pork Omelette

A delicious and healthy breakfast is a good start to the day!
Recipe for multicooker-pressure cooker

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 SERVINGS
Pork 150 gr
Parmesan 50 gr
Cherry tomatoes 100 gr
Carrots100
Salt 5 gr
Spices dry 5 gr
Sunflower oil 20 mg
Chicken eggs 4
Milk 100 mg
Onion 40 gr

COOKING
Step 1. Prepare food, wash and clean vegetables
Step 2. Strip the meat from the veins and cut into small cubes.
Step 3. Cut the peeled onions and carrots into thin strips.
Step 4 Cut the cherry tomatoes into 2 or 4 pieces depending on the size.
Step 5. Grate Parmesan cheese.
Step 6. Whisk eggs with milk, salt and spices in a bowl.
Step 7. Fry the onion and carrot meat on the “fry” mode.
Step 8. Add cherry tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese.
Step 9. Pour in beaten eggs with milk and bake on the “baking” mode for 15 minutes. Let it brew a little under the lid (5 minutes)
Step 10. Serve as a main course. Enjoy your meal!
