Water porridge with dried fruits

Ingredients:
Oatmeal – 1/2 cup
Sesame – 2 Art. spoons (chopped)
Dried fruits – To taste (raisins and dried apricots)
Seeds peeled – 1 tbsp. a spoon
Frozen blueberries – 1 tbsp. a spoon
Water – 2 glasses

Servings: 1-2

How to cook “Porridge on the water with dried fruits”
1 Rinse dried fruits and pat dry. Cut the dried apricots into pieces.
2 Transfer dried fruit to a bowl.
3 Pour in cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer for 5 minutes.
4 Pour in the oatmeal. Remove saucepan from heat. Flakes do not have to be boiled, because they can be steamed.
5 Add blueberries, sesame seeds and seeds.
6 Mix thoroughly. Cover the pot with a lid and leave for 10 minutes.
7 Done!
